Sarah has asked me to pass on the following note regarding her joint walk with Sue on Sunday 29th March:

Parking at the start point of the walk, Willows Car Park, is £4 for the day. Free on street car parking is available in North Road just a few minutes walk away. North Road can be located from the main road through Alfriston by turning onto West Street and from there it is the second road on the left. Please contact Sue or Sarah if you require any further details.

Brenda and Dave are back, leading the next walk “Beautiful Bodiam” on Sunday. Meet at 10 am at Hawkhurst Moor Church, The Moor (nr Hawkhurst). The Grid Reference is 756 294 and Explorer Map no. 136. The walk is 9 miles in length and of moderate difficulty. There is a pub stop for lunch.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to make today’s walk (led by Simon), but if anyone who was on it would like to comment, feel welcome to do so.
