I’ve just got back from an excellent walk around the Heathfield area, led by Richard. The weather was very good and plenty of people turned out. Several people took photos of the walk, including the two very cute donkeys we came across. I hope to post these later.

If you went on the walk, please feel free to leave a comment on it.

Katy led a highly enjoyable walk today, which attracted a good turnout and excellent weather. A pleasant walk starting from Lancing Ring car park, just to the north of Lancing itself, led over the Downs into the Adur Valley. Lunch was in Bodiam Upper Beeding, and the afternoon’s walk saw us take on a few short hills and the “Cow’s Bottom”. The walk ended up back at Lancing Ring car park.

All comments from those who attended are welcome.

I shall post photos of the walk soon.

P.S. Note the correction above – I mixed up Bramber and Bodiam Castles (Bramber Castle is adjacent to Upper Beeding)!

I have just added a new photos page to the main website. This contains some pictures taken on the most recent walk (the Blue Ship) by regular member Steve.
