I’ve just returned from a very enjoyable walk lead by Isobel in Ashdown Forest. It was a pleasant walk through the countryside, with a picnic lunch and a visit to a local pub for a drink afterward. Near the end of the walk, we came to the famous Pooh Sticks bridge, and some of us had a go at this traditional pastime.
