The Young Rambler is the blog of the Sussex Young Walkers.

It is run by James Mansson, a member of the Sussex Young Walkers almost since its inception, and now its leader. He has been a keen ramblers for many years, having caught the bug from his parents.

As well as walking, he is active in supporting the charitable aims of the Ramblers’ Association. He is the webmaster for several RA groups: the Sussex Young Walkers, Horsham & Billingshurst Ramblers, and Sussex Area Ramblers’ Association itself (the administrative committee for Sussex).

He works for his own company, GM-RAM Limited, as a computer software developer.

Apart from rambling, his main hobby is playing chess.
