Tina’s Barcombe Cross walk, a late replacement for her Rushlake Green walk, was well attended, and took place in brilliant sunshine. The walk took us across the countryside and along the River Ouse, where we saw a number of people paddling up and down in small boats. Lunch was a picnic by the river. In the afternoon, we made our way back to Barcombe Cross, and had a drink at the Royal Oak pub. There Tina indicated that she hopes to lead the Rushlake Green walk in early October.
Many thanks to Tina for leading a lovely walk. If you attended and want to leave a comment, feel free to do so.
