Photos from Sussex Border Path and Bluebell Railway Walk

Mark has kindly supplied some photos taken on the recent “Sussex Border Path and Bluebell Railway” walk. This walk not only featured the usual beautiful Sussex countryside, but also a trip back to the start on the Bluebell Railway!

Steve was not impressed with how some of the Sussex Border path markers had been attached to their fingerpost. Apparently, they were not only too far up the post, but the post had not been sanded properly before they were affixed!

It is a group tradition that we get Steve to pose with at least one of the farm animals we encounter on the way. This time it was a donkey!

The walk itself turned out to be closer to 14 miles than 12, so we were glad to have a relaxing ride back on the Bluebell Railway.
