Mark has once more kindly supplied some photos from a recent walk. The walk feature here is the “Two by Two” walk, which saw us visit the picturesque village of Lurgashall in West Sussex. This is the home of the ancient and charming “Noah’s Ark” inn, which faces the village green.
The first few photos see us walking through Petworth Park.
The park is famous for its deer, but they keep their distance.
On leaving the park, we passed through the village of Upperton:
We then made our way through the fields and woods to Lurgashall.
At one point, we passed some clay pigeon shooters. They were not the greatest of shots, it has to be said.
Finally, we made it to Lurgashall and the Noah’s Ark inn.
The walk back was a pleasant stroll through woods and fields.
